Eric Prydz Moves Holosphere Shows To 2022

Eric Prydz has moved his Holosphere shows at Tomorrowland & Creamfields to 2022.

Due to unfortunate logistical circumstances, Eric Prydz and his team have decided to move both Tomorrowland & Creamfields Holosphere performances to 2022. The reason being is because both Tomorrowland and Creamfields are scheduled to take place on the same dates. Prydz was initially supposed to bring his jaw-dropping Holosphere production to both events in 2020 but due to COVID-19, but festivals were re-scheduled to 2021 and they just so happened to fall under the same dates.

Obviously, it would be logistically impossible to move a production of Prydz’s scale to two separate festivals on the same day, especially when they are nearly 450 miles apart and in completely different countries. Both festivals are currently scheduled to take place from August 26-29 with Tomorrowland hosting a second event the following weekend from September 3-5. Creamfields released the following statement regarding the cancelation of Prydz’s Holosphere shows,

“Due to Tomorrowland announcing they are moving to the same weekend as Creamfields, it is now impossible for Eric’s team to transport and build the Holosphere in time to play both festivals. As Creamfields and Tomorrowland are both equally invested in Holosphere, a mutual decision to move the shows to 2022 has been reluctantly taken. We appreciate some fans will be disappointed, as we are, but rest assured we will deliver an equally special live performance with Eric to blow your minds!”

Unfortunately for Prydz fans, they will have to wait another year to witness his Holosphere performances. Although we know this is incredibly unfortunate, there is no doubt in our minds that Eric Prydz’s 2022 performances will be nothing short of spectacular.
