Today EXHALE, the techno outfit curated by Amelie Lens, confirmed two dates in the US. The events will be on consecutive days this coming March. The first on March 17, 2023, in New York, and the second on March 18, 2023, in Los Angeles.
This will be the first time Lens has played in Los Angeles since 2018 and the first EXHALE party in the city. Citing COVID restrictions and Coachella-related radius clauses (she played the festival in 2019), she claimed a set in LA has not been possible until now.
In looking at the ticket link, the Los Angeles date will be hosted by Factory 93, the Insomniac underground brand. Based on previous Factory 93 events in Los Angeles, EXHALE will likely be a day-into-night outdoor affair. Similar to Charlotte De Witte’s KNTXT event last year.
Lens has touched down in New York on several occasions over the past couple of years, playing Time Warp and the Avant Gardner as well as an EXHALE event in 2019.
No lineups have been shared for either event as of now. Lens is a shoo-in as it is her party, but other than that, the only expectation is hard-hitting techno.
Tickets go on sale for EXHALE New York on Tuesday, January 24, 2023, and tickets for EXHALE Los Angeles go on sale the following day, Wednesday, January 25, 2023. Click here to sign up for pre-sale.
