The UK festival Glastonbury is auctioning off several once-in-a-lifetime experiences to support the charity Trussell Trust.
There are ten experiences to bid on including pressing the “fire” button on the Arcadia Spider stage and an exclusive viewing platform for the Pyramid stage. All ten experiences come with two tickets to Glastonbury as well.
Trussel Trust supports UK food banks in their effort to end hunger and help everyone afford essentials.
Festival co-organizer Emily Eavis said about the auction, “We are really pleased to be able to partner with the Trussell Trust, who together with their network of food banks, work tremendously hard during these challenging times to provide food and practical support for communities all over the country. We hope this rare ticket auction will help raise significant funds to support their remarkable work.”
Glastonbury 2023 will run from June 21-25 at Worthy Farm in Pilton, Somerset, England. The full lineup has yet to be revealed, but Elton John is one confirmed headliner. Last year’s edition featured Billie Eilish, Kendrick Lamar, Four Tet, and Bonobo among hundreds of others.
