Liquid Stranger has dropped his first original track of the year on Wakaan.
The don himself, Liquid Stranger, has returned with his first original release of the year. ‘The Drill‘ is an inspiring bass-heavy tune that encompasses Stranger’s signature synths and his continuous bass rhythm. Throughout the duration of the track, a mysterious figure comments to “connect the bass beams” and if the first drop wasn’t wonky enough for you, get ready to hear the second.
As the first drop ends and the second begins, Stranger’s dubstep elements begin to show. Not only does Stranger exemplify his dubstep sounds, but he combines both the first drops elements with the second, ultimately creating the perfect first original track to be released in 2021 for the Wakaan kingpin.
‘The Drill‘ follows Strangers ‘Psychonaut’ remix album which was released about a month ago and shows how Liquid Stranger is continuously pushing the boundaries of freeform bass. The Swedish producer has continued to stick to his Wakaan roots with the release of ‘The Drill’ which will surely be rinsed out at most Stranger sets and Wakaan takeovers this summer.
