The mysterious man behind the ski mask, Malaa, finally released his long-awaited debut album Don Malaa.
The LP is diverse with both hip hop-influenced tracks like “Outcast” featuring Fivio Foreign and brighter collaborations like “Deep” with DJ Snake. The album also features songs with long-time friends and partners Tchami and A-Trak.
Furthermore, Malaa will embark on a Don Malaa tour across North America with special guests ACRAZE, Born Dirty, Wax Motif, Nostalgix, Habstrakt, and more. The tour will take Malaa’s signature bass-heavy house sound across the edges of Canada to Las Vegas, Nashville, and Detroit.
Malaa is a French electronic music DJ and producer who broke through the dance music scene with his unknown persona, unique deep house beats, and signature releases on Tchami’s label, Confession.
Malaa is also a part of the Pardon My French team, a collective of four French DJs: DJ Snake, Mercer, Tchami, and himself. He recently released an official remix of “In the End” by Linkin Park, a unique combination of early 2000s rock and 2020s electronic further proving his versatility is boundless.
