‘We Are The People’ will release May 14
Martin Garrix is teaming up with Bono & The Edge for Euro 2020’s official anthem. The track has been a work in progress for a little over a year now, thanks to the ongoing pandemic. However, with the world slowly opening back up, Garrix, Bono, and The Edge have been able to finish their massive collaborative track, about a month before the UEFA European Football Championship.
The track is set to drop on Friday, May 14 while the UEFA European Football Championship will kick off in June. The tournament will still be called Euro 2020 instead of Euro 2021 because last year’s tournament was postponed due to COVID-19.
Garrix has been making headlines recently with the announcement of AREA21’s debut album and recently released single, and now his official Euro 2020 anthem song with legendary artists Bono & The Edge. AREA21’s debut album is scheduled to release sometime this fall.
