Mat Zo Releases The Heavy Hitting ‘Subsurface’ On Anjunabeats

Luca Pierro

Mat Zo, real name Matan Zohar, has just released his new secret weapon “Subsurface,” out now on Anjunabeats. Sounding like multiple songs and genres in one, “Subsurface” tells its audience to love one another beneath the surface of who they are.

The song begins and ends with a groovy disco-house beat before switching to a harder, deeper house which is sure to move audiences across the nation.

The song changes pace again to give listeners a short break, before diving in at the end with a surprisingly hard bass house sound for Zohar. Always expect the unexpected with Matt Zo tracks.

Ten years ago, Zohar released Damage Control, a Grammy-nominated album, and he has since released the 10-Year Anniversary Edition last month. His euphoric sound is his signature and it has continued to impress global audiences for over a decade.
