Insomniac’s Moonrise Festival 2023 Lineup Lands With Kaskade, John Summit, GRiZ, + More

The lineup for Baltimore’s Moonrise Festival has just landed. From August 12-13, festivalgoers will take an intergalactic journey to the moon with gigantic headliners Kaskade (Redux), John Summit, Above & Beyond, and GRiZ.

The festival is bass heavy with high energy, headbanging artists like Getter B2B Space Laces, Ganja White Night, Kai Wachi, Borgore B2B Whipped Cream, and plenty more.

The mysterious producer Deathpact will also bring their signature brand of aggressive midtempo to Moonrise, fresh off their 10-stop headlining US tour.

Moonrise has been in Baltimore since 2014 when it was owned by local promotion company Steez Pomo. This company was legendary, first hosting Sunrise Festival in 1998 before rebranding into Starscape Festival in 2003.

In 2022, Insomniac acquired Moonrise after a three-year hiatus, reinvigorating the Baltimore rave scene and putting it on the global map.
