A brand new 455 unit social club and apartment complex will be opening in Denver this spring. The 455 unit apartment complex will have 813 bedrooms and is currently scheduled to open its doors later this year. The new apartment complex and membership club will be built next to Coors Field and will be branded by Chicago based company, The X Company. The X Company’s primary focus is on real estate investments and development with assets throughout major metropolitan areas and offers its members an ‘unparalleled lifestyle experience.’
The new apartment complex will have an endless amount of amenities including a restaurant, rooftop dog park, swimming pool, jacuzzi, and an amphitheater – amongst others. Although there are endless amounts of amenities, The X Company plans on following all COVID-19 guidelines and regulations. The company is planning to have a small celebratory opening in March and a bigger celebratory opening in May. The apartment complex will be composed of two primary buildings. The first building will have 251 units with 579 bedrooms while the second building will have 204 units with 234 bedrooms.
Studios can cost up to $1,590 a month and a four-bedroom apartment may cost up to $5,220. Residents of the apartment complex will already have access to the X Club (membership-based) and non-residents who are looking to obtain a membership will have to pay $275 to use the club and amenities.
