Oliver Heldens Drops Groovy Rework Of Pink Floyd Entitled “We Don’t Need”

Oliver Heldens’ discography just added an iconic band to the mix: Pink Floyd.

Teaming up with Piero Pirupa, Heldens just dropped a remake of Pink Floyd’sAnother Brick in the Wall” entitled “We Don’t Need”, out now on Spinnin’ Records.

The remake is less angsty than the original, channeling the classic guitar sound into a rather groovy intro. Then the track picks up into a deep breakdown and pulsating house beat to get Friday night started right.

Heldens has a long history with Spinnin’ Records having released two songs on the label all the way back in 2013, “Stinger” and “Thumper”. Pete Tong once named the celebrated artist one of the breakthrough producers of the year. In 2015, Heldens launched his Heldeep Records label with the single “Renegade Mastah” by HI-LO, his new side project. He’s also a seasoned collaborator having worked with both Zeds Dead and Tiësto.
