Do you still have that desire to dance every Sunday?
Well, you now have a new option when it comes to listening to EDM in Downtown Los Angeles. PLURCEPTION arrives to DTLA this Sunday night! This is the only LGBT all-EDM night. PLURCEPTION is taking place at the new REDLINE bar. The best part – it’s free as you won’t have to pay a cover charge. There will be drink specials, go-go boys, and much more!
Presiding over the decks will be DJ Patrick Holmes. If that name sounds familiar, you’ve probably seen him in action at Avalon for their Wednesday night Mayhem events. He is also the resident DJ at RAGE Restaurant & Bar in West Hollywood.
There is a growing LGBT scene in DTLA, and PLURCEPTION will fit right in! Marc Gonzalez is helping bring PLURCEPTION to fruition. I had the pleasure of chatting with him today about the project and why it’s important to both the dance and LGBT scene:
“I think this is important to the dance scene as well as to the LGBT scene because the LGBT community is such a huge part of the EDM movement. As we all know within EDM, everyone is excepted and everyone is appreciated and respected. But I think it’s important that there’s a night or an event that is sponsored by, hosted by and for the LGBT community. And, of course non LGBT are still totally welcomed and excepted.” – Mark Gonzalez – 1LifeManage
If you have the urge to keep the party going on Sunday – be sure to check out PLURCEPTION. This week’s theme: Martin Garrix!
PLURCEPTION takes place every Sunday throughout the month. The music begins at 6pm at REDLINE Bar & Lounge. You can find more details on the Facebook event page: https://www.facebook.com/events/809216505873528/
