One of Europe’s most cherished festivals, Primavera Sound, has just revealed a massive lineup for its 22nd edition this summer.
Primavera Sound will return to Barcelona’s Parc del Fòrum from May 30-June 1, 2024, inviting some of the world’s best artists in alternative, indie and dance music.
As part of an industry-leading, gender-balanced lineup—42.36% women, 42.36% men, and 15.28% mixed projects—Primavera Sound has tapped huge headliners like Lana del Rey, SZA, FKA twigs, Mitski, Vampire Weekend and more.
Leading Primavera Sound’s electronic offerings for 2024 are headlining performances from Disclosure and Justice, alongside sets from Peggy Gou, ANOTR, Barry Can’t Swim, The Blessed Madonna, Chloé Caillet and Mochakk, among others.
With even more iconic acts like Pulp, Bikini Kill, Deftones, and Jai Paul joining a roster of over 150 artists, Primavera Sound 2024 is set to be an eclectic music lover’s dream.
This year’s festival will once again be flanked on each end by Primavera Sound’s city-wide Primavera a la Ciutat programing, which includes a free show from indie-pop band Phoenix on May 29 and a very special festival edition of Barcelona’s famous house and techno party series, Brunch Electronik on June 2.
Though Primavera Sound held a mirrored edition of the festival in Madrid last year, logistical issues and a day one weather cancellation meant that organizers have called off a return to the Spanish capital in 2024.
Instead, Primavera Sound will place its sole focus on the nearly 500,000 attendees expected to flock to its hallmark festival in Barcelona. Check out the complete lineup below.
