RAFI and Gio Lucca have brought it back to their Latin roots with the release of their new EP titled Medellín, out on North of Neptune.

As their inaugural appearance on Lee Foss’s esteemed label, this piece is nothing short of impressive.

“Medellín” has seductive rap vocals in Spanish, backed by a Latin-house beat filled with bongos sure to get a crowd moving in any club. The Medellín EP also features a solo track by RAFI, “Disfruta,” which features serene vocals and a groovy tech house beat.

North of Neptune is a sub-label of Lee Foss’s Repopulate Mars label that showcases the galaxy’s more up-beat house tunes.

RAFI is a self-taught producer studying business and music at USC. Since the COVID-19 pandemic, RAFI has found new inspiration to release on John Summit’s Experts Only (formerly known as Off the Grid), South of Saturn, and more.

Gio Lucca is a Peruvian-born artist who is working to connect with audiences everywhere through nostalgic and timeless records.
