There’s a 20-Hour House and Techno Festival During Miami Music Week

Rapture Electronic Music Festival returns beachside during Miami Music Week for it’s second edition this year.

House and Techno fans are for sure going to be headed to one the best events during Miami Music Week, Rapture Electronic Music Festival. Located just 15 minutes from Downtown Miami, Rapture Electronic Music Festival will feature some of the biggest names in House and Techno. For those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of South Beach pool parties, this is going to be the absolute best alternative for fans of the deeper sounds.

After a successful first year, the festival returns to the Historic Virginia Key Beach Park on Thursday March 23rd for 20 hours of groovin’ music. The festival starts at 7am and goes all the way till 3AM the next morning. This year’s lineup features heavyweights like Chris Liebing, Art Department, Luciano and many more (see the lineup below).

New this year, the festival has partnered with Big Blue & You, “a volunteer and youth-led organization that aims to inspire today’s young leaders to live an ocean loving lifestyle by educating people about ocean conservation through art and media.” Attendees can not only party, but learn how to conserve the environment.

Rapture is also taking a unique approach to conserving the environment. The festival will be ‘straw-free’, and all food and beverage containers will be made from 100% recyclable materials.

It’s without question Rapture will be one of the highlights during this year’s Miami Music Week. For additional information and tickets, visit http://rapturefestivals.com.
