RÜFÜS DU SOL Have Released Their Fourth Studio Album, ‘Surrender’

The world-renowned Australian electronic band RÜFÜS DU SOL have released, Surrender, their fourth full-length album. This collection of 11 songs sees the trio hit a new stride as artists, one that is the most honest reflection of their intentions as musicians and human beings.

Written during the pandemic, singles like “Alive” and “Next To Me” demonstrate a level of relatability that alludes to the shared experiences of dread that COVID-19 inflicted upon the world.

The accompanying music videos for each of those singles also visually captures the unity of the world. Using innovative technology, the videos explore different environments around the globe, an experience human beings have been deprived of for nearly two years.

Along with the release of Surrender comes the new music video for “I Don’t Wanna Leave.” In this video, the band adopts their live performance setup in the barren landscape of Palmdale, California. Electrical towers and power lines flank the trio as they perform while minimal lighting and the sunrise serve as the production.
