Legendary nightclub Space Ibiza has announced plans to open a new venue in Italy next year.
Named Space Riccione, the new club is set to launch in the spring of 2024 and will include four areas including the Arena, Garden, Terrace and lounge.
The club will aim to be “a reference point for international club culture from the very beginning” hosting performances all day and night from a variety of international acts.
Spreading the word on Instagram, Space’s management group wrote, “It’s coming” and included a string of Italian phrases which translate to “freedom, transgression, love, diversity, harmony, friendship, empathy, connection and music.”
Based on its new name, it is expected that the venue will be located in the city of Riccione—a beautiful and bustling party town on Italy’s Adriatic Coast.
Translated from Spanish, well-known and respected owner of the Space brand Pepe Roselló said, “We are happy to continue 27 years of Space Ibiza history here in Riccione, an iconic place that represents entertainment.”
“Love for music and mutual respect, the main characteristics of all our events, will also be central to this new experience, which we all believe in so much,” Roselló continued.
