Subtronics Drops Eclectic Lineup For Cyclops Rocks V

Subtronics

Subtronics has unveiled the lineup for this year’s Cyclops Rocks.

The freeform bass wizard will return to Morrison, Colorado’s Red Rocks Amphitheatre for a two-night headline run on April 24-25, marking his fifth curated headline event at the scenic venue, Subtronics announced on social media today.

“Beyond thrilled to announce we have the privilege of returning to one of the most beautiful venues on planet earth, and i’m bringing along some of my favorite artists with me to make this one extra special,” the producer and DJ—real name Jesse Kardon—wrote.

The Cyclops Recordings boss will be joined at Red Rocks by an eclectic mix of leading bass names. Opening night will feature support performances from dubstep heavy-hitters INFEKT and Syzy, leftfield bass artist VEIL, trap producer Gunpoint, and a B2B from drum & bass talents SOTA and Basstripper.

On night two bass heads will be treated to opening performances from viral experimental bass trio Levity, renowned British deep dub and drum & bass outfit Ivy Lab, veteran D&B artist Muzz, and rising U.S. dubstep and experimental bass acts Flozone and Canvas. Grammy-winning UK Grime MC Flowdan is slated for a guest appearance on both nights.

The announcement marks Subtronics’s launch into the new year after a huge 2024, during which the artist released his sophomore album, TESSERACT, and launched a 16-date headline album tour.

On top of his usual heavy load of festival gigs, he’s also expanded the scope of his Cyclops events, which, in addition to Red Rocks, were held at the Hampton Coliseum, Tacoma Dome, Barclays Center, The Armory, and in Boca Raton last year.

Pre-sale registration for Subtonics presents Cyclops Rocks V is now open here. Pre-sale ticket access will begin this Thursday, January 16, at 10AM MT. General on-sale will follow on the same date at 1PM MT.
