Subtronics has announced his debut Las Vegas residency with Wynn Nightlife for 2025.
The mind-bending bass producer and DJ will play five headline dates at the Wynn’s open-air Encore Beach Club from May to August, the club and artist announced in a social media post today.
“STOKED FOR MY FIRST EVER VEGAS RESIDENCY!!!” Subtronics—real name Jesse Kardon—wrote on Instagram. “See you edc weekend for the first show.”
Subtronics’ residency run will kick off with a special daytime performance during the city’s annual EDC Week festivities on May 16, coinciding with the return of Insomniac’s flagship Electric Daisy Carnival (EDC) festival. He’ll then return to Encore Beach Club for four nighttime shows through August 30.
Subtronics’ first-ever Sin City residency marks a crowning achievement not only for the Cyclops Recordings boss, but for leftfield bass music at large. Across its ever-growing list of world-class nightclubs, Las Vegas is regularly home to performances from the planet’s best DJs—but for the most part, the city’s most lucrative residency gigs have been reserved for house and techno DJs, and artists on the more melodic and commercial sides of bass music.
With the riddim and oddball dubstep producer now positioned as one of the globe’s most in-demand performing artists, it’s only right that wubs and other boundary-pushing bass sounds will get their shine in the desert party capital.
It’s shaping up to be a huge year for Subtronics in 2025, who last year released his anticipated sophomore album, TESSERACT, and helmed a 16-date headline album tour, all while continuing to expand the scope of his branded Cyclops events and holding down one of the busiest festival touring schedules in bass music.
Earlier this week, Subtronics unveiled the full lineup for the fifth edition of his curated Cyclops Rocks show at Red Rocks, featuring INFEKT, Levity, Ivy Lab, VEIL, SOTA B2B Basstripper, and more.
