Teksupport, New York City’s leading house and techno event collective, has just announced a special daytime, open-air show with internationally renowned electronic icon Solomun.
Kicking off Teksupport’s 2024 summer season, the Solomun show will take place at an all-new outdoor location on Saturday, May 18, 2024.
At the time of writing, the venue is still yet to be announced, but organizers have promised that the location will offer “full views of the NYC skyline” and feature Teksupport’s largest open-air dance floor to date.
Teksupport has previously held events at submarine factories, underground ballrooms, and even Grand Central Station as a testament to the brand’s unique location-scouting prowess.
Teksupport’s last event with Solomun came in May 2023. Held at the Brooklyn Army Terminal, the two-date open-air series served as the first-ever large-scale electronic music event to be held at the venue.
Famed for his “transcendent style,” Solomun continues to dominate the global club scene nearly two decades on from the release of his debut Solomun EP. The Bosnian producer’s legacy has been further cemented by his acclaimed Solomun +1 residency at Pacha Ibiza and the founding of his own label, Diynamic Music.
Led by founder Rob Toma, Teksupport sits at the forefront of NYC nightlife, guided by a seminal ethos of “cutting-edge production, unparalleled musical curation, and never-before-used locales.”
