The Midway has shared the phase one lineup for Fresh Start, the San Francisco dance venue’s annual New Year’s block party.
The two-night indoor-outdoor event will return to The Midway on December 31 and January 1, with an eclectic roster of modern house and techno’s most prominent names set to soundtrack the countdown to 2025.
Acid techno maven and KNTXT label boss Charlotte de Witte will headline the New Year’s Eve celebration on December 31, with additional year-end performances to come from underground queen The Blessed Madonna, UK tech house star Cloonee, Italian techno heavyweight Enrico Sangiuliano, bass house favorite Matroda, and more.
On New Year’s Day, the Midway will start 2025 on a high note with headline performances from tech house icon Chris Lake and dance-pop trailblazer ZHU. Elsewhere, fans can boogie to the dancefloor-focused sounds of J. Worra, Austin Millz, Justin Jay, and Dombresky’s fun-loving disco house alter-ego, Disco Dom.
California dance music collectives and party hosts like Space Yacht and Ghetto House Radio will also be on hand to curate experiences throughout. Check out the full lineup below. Additional artists will be announced at a later date.
