EDC Las Vegas is always one of the biggest weekends for dance music culture, and after over two years off there were some big surprises in store for the hundreds of thousands of fans.One of the biggest was undoubtedly the appearance of Lil Nas X during Diplo‘s set at Cosmic Meadow on Saturday night (October 23).
Part way through Diplo’s DJing, the modern pop icon burst onto the stage to perform snippets of his many hits. “Old Town Road,” “Industry Baby,” and “Montero (Call Me By Your Name)” all had their moment during the brief interlude along with a huge influx of energy from the elated crowd.
