Wax Motif Unveils Remixes For Drake’s ‘Honestly, Nevermind’

Wax Motif just unveiled four edits of Drake’s new surprise house-inspired album, Honestly, Nevermind. The flip compilation reworks the tracks “Massive“, “Sticky“, “Tie That Binds“, and “A Keeper.” The producer has always been inspired by rap, house, and R&B. But with these edits, Wax Motif transforms the rapper’s minimal house-rap tracks into explosive, club-ready reworks. Download the edits here.

Motif stated in a press release “Drake is one of my favorite artists, so when I heard he dropped a house album I streamed it immediately… I got carried away and spent 48 more hours in the studio remixing the records.”

Danny Chien, the artist’s real name, recently finished a sold-out show at the Hollywood Palladium earlier this month. The Australian artist is a bass-house juggernaut, having worked with Matroda, Taiki Nulight, Corrupt (UK), and the legendary Diddy. He’s a fan of cars and is good friends with fellow artists Diplo and Chris Lorenzo. Motif also recently performed two sets at EDC Las Vegas. Check out one of them below.
