She posted herself and friends? One person wore the same thing to another EDC. There were many more creative outfits, looks like the author didn’t mingle much.
1. You’re pretty creepy for saying “she posted herself,” later to be followed by, “looks like the author didn’t mingle much.” — you clearly know the author, and who she is… And you clearly have a biased opinion.
2. Sorry her friends are incredibly dressed, maybe that’s how they have their followings. I’m featured here and people stopped me at EDC to ask if I worked for the event…must have been from my lack of creativity, huh?
3. I was with the author, and seeing her literally run and sprint after people to capture their photos, I can say for certain, she undoubtedly did “mingle much.”
Gimme a break, this article is a big promotion of the who’s who of rave-related IG businesses and friends of the author, anyone can tell. Like I said, in at least 2 of the features, the people have PREVIOUSLY WORN these outfits to OTHER EVENTS. So we’ve seen em! In other previous articles and at events…no matter how creative…buying a premade hood or outfit is not very creative. Also the info about the author is in black and white, no creeping required. I’m sorry you don’t like my opinion of the article, no need to call names lol. This article should be about everyday people not promotion. Boooo edm maniac
What aspect about her bio paints that for you clearly in black and white? Also, out of genuine curiosity, what outfits have these people worn at other events?
As someone who’s a former journalist (who use to write these stories), and now someone who works as a public relations executive (securing these stories for brands), I would absolutely LOVE to know what brand promotion is in this article!? When are any brands promoted? Credited for their work, of course, as that is after all the LAW. Furthermore, the only brands mentioned are small businesses mainly run on Instagram, and they’re the ones WEARING their work!!!! Of course they will be photo credited. I’m seriously intrigued, please elaborate!?
“tower” is @california_raver on instagram
Kaitlyn, it’s obvious by your defensive response that you are one of the people Ana is referencing. Articles like these are all about self-promotion and promotion of people who are in the right circle. Everything is a clique now and social media is a cancer–it’s all anyone cares about.
