As it’s just the first week of Summer, festival-goers would normally be seen gearing up for all their upcoming festivals. As times are unprecedented, we want to make sure to deliver all of the best replacements for your summer festivities. This weekend, Awakenings has organized ‘Awakenings Festival 2020 | Online Weekender’, and it begins today. Fans will bring their love for the brand as they will also be celebrating their 20th anniversary.
Although different, this will undoubtedly be one of the best years yet for Awakening. Some legendary icons starring in the lineup include Adam Beyer, Amelie Lens, ANNA, Nina Kraviz, Joris Voorn, and others. Awakening has launched a brand new platform that will be accessible to anyone with a tablet, phone, or laptop. Fans are encouraged to step into the virtual version of the Gashouder where they’ll see multiple live sets.
Not only with this weekend bring you three days filled with music, but attendees will also get to experience exclusive and interactive interviews while getting their burning questions answered. If you’re unable to attend the festival at home, Awakening is implementing ‘Awakenings Festival Radio.‘
During these unprecedented times, it’s important that we use these large platforms to help change the world for the better. During the weekend, visitors have the opportunity to donate to two special projects of the Netherlands Red Cross. These donations will go to victims that have been affected by the Coronavirus crisis.
