EDC Las Vegas is always filled with so many special moments. From the people on the dance floor to the DJs behind the decks, so many people experience amazing things under the electric sky. One such moment came for Subtronics when Kaskade and deadmau5 surprised him on stage during his set at Circuit Grounds.
Subtronics, real name Jess Kardon, performed right after the supergroup Kx5 which consists of Kaskade, real name Ryan Raddon, and deadmau5, real name Joel Zimmerman. And so Kardon saw fit to honor the legendary duo with his own remix of their debut single, “Escape.”
A video of Kardon playing the remix came up on the EDC Las Vegas live stream, and as the drop is building up, Zimmerman and Raddon come up to an unaware Kardon. Kardon is visibly elated to see them, and his smile grows even wider when both Raddon and Zimmerman give him approving nods after the remix drops.
Check out a video of the heartwarming moment below. This might also be a good opportunity to tweet at Kardon to release the remix.
