FLIGHT will hit soon hit the historic Los Angeles Stock Exchange (Exchange LA).
On Saturday September 6th, one of LA’s best dance music venues will play host to the first ever “Flight” classes which will feature 200 people on a journey of electronic dance music and high energy yoga. “Flight” instructor Sydney Benner will infuse her signature high energy yoga moves into an unforgettable fun calorie burning workout with sounds pulsating from Exchange LA’s premiere Funktion One sound system.
