Starting this month, Guy Gerber will begin his weekly residency at the newly launched Club Chinois in Ibiza. The party is entitled “Mirror Games,” and Gerber is in charge of all the creative direction, artwork, and musical bookings. Every week attendees will be dancing in a room full of mirrors, providing a unique and immersive visual experience.
There will be an emphasis on handmade physical art at each event, but the new event series will also include digital art and NFT-era amenities. Mirror Game members will be able to visit a second room within the club that features curated digital art. They will also be able to become part-owners in a Gerber track and even part-owners in the party itself.
The new Club Chinois is born from Park Chinois, the popular London Asian restaurant. Taking over the former HEART Ibiza, the space will honor the aesthetic of jazz clubs in 1930’s Shanghai for an old-world feel in a brand new location.
