TMZ is reporting that a stagehand has died while working to set up for the 2019 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival.
According to TMZ, at approximately 9:30PT this morning, Indio Police was notified that someone had fallen near the staging area. Responders arrived where the victim was pronounced dead the scene.
The cause of death is under investigation. There has been no comment from Goldenvoice about this tragic accident at this time.
