Swedish House Mafia Is Partnering With IKEA To Design Music-Forward Products

As if Swedish House Mafia (SHM) hadn’t already reach their maximum level of influence, the new trio is now partnering with global furniture outlet, IKEA. Together, the two Sweden-based forces are designing three different versions of IKEA’s FRAKTA bag.

Each of the three versions will serve an essential purpose DJs and other musicians face in their professional lives.

There is an accessory bag perfect for USB drives or any other handy items needed on the road. Another is a shoulder bag design for carrying laptops safely. The third is a square-framed bag that can fit dozens of records for all the pure vinyl DJs or avid collectors looking to show off their inventory.

All three bags, of course, come in black to match the aesthetic of SHM’s new album, Paradise Again. Check out a glimpse of the full IKEA x Swedish House Mafia collection in the Instagram post below, and click here to read some thoughts on the bags from their designer, Friso Wiersma.
