Two heavy-hitting bass producers Sullivan King and SVDDEN DEATH, have come together for a blood-curdling track called “Pursuit of Violence,” out now on Monstercat.
The track is as intense and dark as expected from the two metal and hard rock-inspired producers. With unexpected electro-theming, the punky vocals of Sullivan King, growling bass, and prominent electric guitar, it’s an anthem to both collaborators’ cinematic similarities.
Then the mystery and darkness turn even more aggressive as the song moves into a frantic horror movie-like drop that screams VOYD and whispers violence.
“Pursuit of Violence” is the final single off Sullivan King’s forthcoming album Thrones of Blood, which releases fully on March 17.
Shortly after, Sullivan King kicks off his Thrones of Blood Tour, his biggest headline tour to date. Artist support is a highlight with Benda, Vastive, Level Up, and Kai Wachi as well as stops at Tomorrowland in Belgium and Veld in Ontario.
Sullivan King is known best for his dubstep and metal fusion emphasized by his signature screamo vocals, working with some of the biggest names in the genre including Subtronics, Ray Volpe, Excision, and more.
SVDDEN DEATH is in a league of his own with his innovative, terror-inducing sound and visuals. The theme is “modern horror movie” as blood-stained images flash across the screen and the DJ is lifted high above the stage wearing his signature cattle skull mask.
